Why join the contractor scheme on Elkay?
Our aim is to register electricians on this site for end user customers to contact and enable the fitting of Elkay products into their homes or businesses.
Membership benefits
Membership brings multiple advantages. Membership of this scheme will mean that we can assist you in finding the right wholesaler for your business or working with your existing wholesaler to ensure you get the right product at the right time and smooth the working relationship between us, the wholesaler and you, the installer.
Membership criteria
If you are an electrical contractor or installer and you want to register on our contractor scheme then you need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a member of at least ONE of these recognised trade organisations such as NICEIC, ELECSA, NAPIT, ECA and CORGI.
- Be able to prove competency and be registered as qualified by these trade organisations above.
- Undertake to do 4 hrs initial training in our products and 1 hr refresher per year.
- Hold £2 million of Public Liability Insurance as a minimum.
